Retrieve User Login ID

In order to retrieve your User Login ID, you must enter ALL of the following information:

Select the account type for the User Login ID:	Agent Employer

Enter the account's UI Employer Account Number:	*
Enter the account's Federal ID Number:	*
Enter the account's Email Address:	*

Quarterly wage and tax reports for the first quarter of 2023 must be submitted
electronically by midnight CST on April 30, 2023.

Interest and penalties will begin to apply on May 1, 2023.
